Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
If the application has not yet been processed or submitted to the Armenian authorities.
If the applicant cancels the request within 24 hours of payment and before document verification begins.
Once the visa application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate, no refunds will be granted.
Government or consular visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
